Skytruck
Air/Sea Transport, Inc. was founded in 1982 and initially serviced customers from our
headquarters at JFK International Airport. Over the years, Skytruck has demonstrated
consistent growth, and today we have offices not only in New York, but also in Los
Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, and Chicago. |

have consistently expanded our scope of operations to include services and relationships
that today include working relationships with over 84 offices in virtually every corner of
the world. We feel that the key to our success has been a combination of personalized
service, market proficiency, and the flexibility to deal with our individual
customer’s needs. As we have grown into markets like Europe, the Orient, and South
America, we have worked very hard to retain a competitive advantage. We maintained our

Fracht Ltd., a Swiss company, is our strategic partner with whom
we coordinate many of our activities. This relationship has helped Skytruck to grow
rapidly but in a fashion consistent with the delivery of service of the highest standard
in virtually any market we choose to enter. Fracht Ltd., founded in 1955 has grown to be
a major freight forwarder. Fracht’s ties extend from Switzerland throughout the
world. Their commitment to quality of service and performance is demonstrated by their ISO
9001 and 14001 certifications. Representing many first-class steamship companies, Fracht
navigates the seven seas.
Skytruck
handles exclusively airfreight and all airfreight activities must be coordinated with
Skytruck only. Fracht USA takes care of all oceanfreight and all oceanfreight transactions
must be coordinated only with Fracht USA/Helvetia. This alliance lets us take advantage of the
extensive experience, variety and quality of services from both companies. Skytruck and
Fracht USA have developed a solid reputation for integrity and reliability. Our combined
shipping volumes ensure that air- and ocean-carriers involved respect our commitment to
quality of service and on-time performance. Together we form a partnership that will
